Manuscript Submissions

All workshop papers must be written in English, original, not previously published, accepted or under submission for publication to any other event or publication during the entire review process.

Extended abstracts papers must be formatted in standard IEEE 2-column Proceedings format. The mandatory IEEE template in Microsoft Word and LaTeX format can be found here:  [LaTeX] [Word]. Only Adobe PDF files will be accepted for the review process.

All extended abstracts must have a minimum length of (2) printed pages, and must contain results. If accepted, the final camera ready papers are limited in length to six (6) printed pages (10-point font) including figures, tables, and references.  A maximum of two (2) supplementary pages is permitted at an extra charge. Further, due to space constraints on the proceedings of the conference, all papers are limited to 2 MB and should preferably be less than 500 kB.

Electronic submission of the extended abstract papers (min. (2) pages) is due at ccp-iv [at] lists [dot] eurecom [dot] fr

To be published in the 2016 IEEE Intelligent Vehicles Symposium and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chairs grant permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions.
